VP of Product & Co-Founder, Landbot

2015 to present

• Created the product from scratch to PMF and beyond (€4.5M ARR), as the first product manager.
• Designed and scaled the product organization (engineering, product, data) from 1 to 40 people, and the product strategy for PMF expansion on WhatsApp.
• Took a lead role in product positioning and the first successful product launches.
• Part of the company Leadership Team and board member.
• Helped grow the company culture and processes from 3 to 70 people, from onsite (Barcelona) to remote (+ 10 countries), and took a supportive role in fundraising (+€10M).

Product Advisor, Zinkee

2022 to present

• Helped the CEO set up the product culture and strategy and identify and prioritize the major product challenges.
• Helped hire the product team, define the org chart, and mentor the team.

CPO & Co-Founder, Joinity

2013 to 2015

• First startup experience building a marketplace for event communities. Lots of learnings from this stage helped me to succeed in the next experiences.
• Built the MVP to validate the initial hypothesis with an online community of 200+ early adopters.
• Drove early growth through partnership with local guides (€5K initial revenue)
• Supportive role in fundraising (+€200K).

CEO & Founder, Bueninvento

2007 to 2013

• First company I founded: a web design and product development agency.
• Built the agency business from 0 to 200 customers.
• Pivot the target market from SMB to MM and Enterprise, working for major brands on the Mediterranean coast (Consum, Kelme, Grefusa, Famosa).
• Coordinated a team of 10.
